The organization “Nari The Woman” successfully organized a community wedding for five transgender couples at Balaji Lawns, Kalevadi, on Tuesday, January 28. The event was graced by prominent figures, including Rashtravadi Congress Party OBC Cell State President Rajapurkar, Corporator Supriya Chandgude, Entrepreneur Mallisheth Kadrapurkar, Rashtravadi Congress OBC Cell Pimpri-Chinchwad President Bhai Vishal Jadhav, “Nari The Woman” President Asif Sheikh, Vice President Archana Mengde, and Senior Journalists Nana Kamble and Avinash Chilekar, among others.

The wedding festivities followed traditional rituals, starting with an engagement ceremony at 11 AM, a turmeric (haldi) ceremony at 3 PM, and a grand wedding procession at 7 PM. The event concluded with the official wedding ceremony in the presence of esteemed guests.
