
Pune, February 7: The three-day 14th ‘Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad’ will be organized by MIT World Peace University, Pune, and MIT School of Government from February 8 to 10, 2025, at Vivekananda Auditorium, MIT World Peace University, Kothrud, Pune. Since 2011, this student parliament has been held annually, and this year marks its 14th edition, as announced by Dr. R. M. Chitnis, Vice-Chancellor of MIT World Peace University, at the curtain-raiser press conference.
The inauguration of the 14th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM, with the Honorable Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, as the chief guest. Other distinguished guests include Prof. Ram Shinde, Chairman of the Maharashtra Legislative Council; Dr. C.P. Joshi, Former Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly; and Aman Gupta, Co-founder of CMO BOAT.
During the event, Satish Mahana, Speaker of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, will be honored with the Ideal Assembly Speaker Award.

Leadership Development Program for MLAs
MIT World Peace University will also organize a ‘Leadership Development Program’ for MLAs on February 8 and 9 at the Sant Shri Dnyaneshwar Auditorium, MIT-WPU, Kothrud. Around 250 MLAs from across the country are expected to attend.
This program will allow MLAs to interact and engage in discussions with participating students.
