
Pune — A significant meeting took place today regarding the practical training and clinical posting of students from Alard University. The session, held in the presence of the Vice Chancellor of Alard University and Dean Ajai Kumar Jain of the ASH&B department, brought together two prominent leaders in the healthcare industry: Mr. Ganesh Kote, Director of Health Swayam Lab, Chakan, and Mr. Nikil Chavan, Director of Sai Datta Hospital and Sanjivani Hospital.
The primary objective of the meeting was to discuss and formalize a partnership that would allow Alard University students to gain hands-on experience in clinical settings, enhancing their practical knowledge and skills.
The Chancellor of Alard University emphasized the importance of such industry partnerships in providing students with the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in clinical environments. He acknowledged the pivotal role that hospitals and labs like Health Swayam Lab, Sai Datta Hospital, and Sanjivani Hospital play in enriching the educational experience of students.
Dean, Dr. Ajai Kumar Jain of ASH&B highlighted the vision of the department to create a robust healthcare education system that integrates practical experience with classroom learnings. He expressed gratitude towards the healthcare leaders for their willingness to collaborate and invest in the future of healthcare professionals. The Vice Chancellor was also present during the ceremony.
This MoU aims to not only strengthen the academic curriculum of Alard University but also ensure that students are equipped with the necessary skills to thrive in healthcare careers. Clinical postings will offer students hands-on exposure, allowing them to better understand patient care, diagnosis, and healthcare management. Two more MOUs are lined up in next month.
