
Fez, Morocco – A private aircraft traveling from Marrakesh to Fez crashed earlier today during a landing attempt at Fez Airport, with three crew members hospitalized following the incident.
The aircraft, identified as a Hawker 800XP registered CN-TKC and operated by Air Ocean Maroc, departed Marrakesh at approximately 15:38 local time. The flight proceeded normally until the final approach to Fez, when the aircraft reportedly skidded off the end of the runway upon landing.
According to eyewitness reports and video footage sourced from aviation tracking accounts on social media, the aircraft overturned after overshooting the runway and sliding down a slope. Emergency crews quickly responded to the scene, working to extinguish small fires and secure the crash site.
There were no passengers aboard at the time of the crash, with only three crew members on board. All were transported to a hospital in Fez, where they are currently receiving treatment for varying degrees of injuries. Authorities have not yet released further details on their conditions.
