Tumakuru, Karnataka – May 22, 2025: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has been conducting an extensive raid at the Siddhartha Educational Institutions in Tumakuru for the past two days. The operation, which has continued for over 24 hours, involves a detailed examination of financial and administrative records.
Sources say ED officials have been working late into the night, meticulously scrutinizing documents as part of an ongoing investigation. Multiple ED teams are present on the premises, with tight police security deployed to ensure law and order during the proceedings.
Access to Siddhartha Engineering College, one of the key institutions under the group, has been heavily restricted. Only students and staff are being permitted entry, while outsiders are being denied access as the probe continues.
Authorities have yet to release an official statement on the reason for the raid, but the investigation is expected to shed light on alleged financial irregularities.
