Lieutenant General JS Nain, Army Commander, South Command visited Artillery School, Artillery Center and Combat Army Aviation Training School at Nashik and Deolali.

Nashik : Lt Gen JS Nain, Army Commander, Southern Command visited Training Establishments at Nashik & Deolali on 30 November 2021 and 01 December 2021. The Army Commander was briefed by Brig A Ragesh, Commandant, Artillery Centre Nasik Road on various training and administrative initiatives undertaken while to adhering to all COVID- 19 protocols. Army Commander interacted with the recruits and training staff at various training facilities of the centre. He appreciated the dedicated efforts of one and all and complimented the Centre for high standards of training and administration. He also exhorted all ranks to continue to strive towards excellence.

During the visit at Combat Army Aviation Training School at Nashik, Army Commander was briefed by the Commandant of the School on various aspects of the establishment including training. The General Officer also awarded on the Spot Commendations Cards to deserving personnel in recognition of their outstanding performance and devotion to duty. The visit concluded with interaction with all ranks of the Aviation Base.

During his two day visit, the Army Commander also visited School of Artillery to oversee the various Training and Administrative activities of the School.
