International Women’s Day was celebrated by Southern Star AWWA under the banner “IndradhanushAasmankiAur” in Pune by holding a series of events. Painting and Handicraft Exhibition was held at SGS Mall on 05 & 06 March 2022 followed by an exhibition at Maitri Complex, Camp Pune on 08 March 2022 to showcase the talent of over 20 budding artists of AWWA fraternity. In addition, under the SukanyaSamriddhiYojana (SSY), baby girls born between 01 Dec 2021 & 31 Jan 2022 were felicitated by presenting Aadhar Cards and opening of the SSY account with suitable seed money. The same is being done by all formations of Southern Star AWWA.
