After completing the skills training, it is very important to keep your skills up-to-date while starting your own small start-up business or job, but also to cultivate positivity and innovation in your mind, said Lina Deshpande. “If you have a habit of asking yourself questions every day, no one can stop you from being successful,” said Lina Deshpande.
She was speaking while guiding students at the Skill Development Training Certificate Presentation Ceremony organized by Yassvi Academy for Skills’ Santmai Skill Development Center and Hotel Management and Catering Technology Skill Development Center.

Guiding the students, Deputy Commissioner Anupama Pawar said that those who have been given the opportunity to make their career a success through skill development training should take the initiative to provide adequate livelihood to at least one person in need.
Organized on the occasion of International Women’s Day, the event featured a presentation on the success stories of students who have started their own businesses as well as those who have been offered great job opportunities.
On this occasion, special testimonials were also given by the dignitaries to the women employees working in various departments of the successful organization.
Manisha Khomane, Chief Manpower Manager of Yashasvi Sanstha and Rajesh Nagre, Director of Skill Development Department of Yashasvi Sanstha were present on the stage. Smita Dhumal, Director, Successful Academy for Skills, gave the introductory speech while Prachi Raut, Center Head, Santmai Skill Development Center, gave the vote of thanks.
