Pune: The students of Army Public School, Pune have yet again excelled and done the school proud, as they have achieved outstanding results in the CBSE Board examination 2022. Mrs Anita Sharma, Principal , Army Public School, Pune said that out of 334 students of class XIIth and 377 students of class Xth who appeared for the Board examination this year, 52 students of class XIIth and 95 students of class Xth scored 90 % and above marks.

In the exams of Class XIIth, Master Vedang Bahuguna from Science stream secured 98.8% Marks, Miss Sania Kaushik from Commerce stream secured 98% Marks and Miss Aditi Bedarkar of Humanities secured 97.4% Marks. This phenomenal results of the students reflect their sincere efforts, meticulous preparations and the values of discipline imbibed in them by their parents, teachers and by the Army’s upbringing and schooling.
Master Vedang Bahuguna who secured first position in the Science stream , topping the region said, “ It feels surreal to me. I couldn’t have asked for more. I owe my success to the school, my teachers and my parents. This year we had a different pattern of exam. My strategy , I would say was studying the textbook line by line, solving papers from previous years and familiarizing myself with the art of solving different types of question papers prepared by our school teachers .” . Humanities topper Aditi said, that “We were the batch that took two board exams for the first time ever and it was challenging to get used to it, but I am happy that I could get the scores that I desired. My secret to success was never to miss any classes, especially the extra classes conducted by the school where all our doubts were cleared on a one to one level”
In class Xth Sumedha Das stood first with 99.2 % , Ishika Rawat and Kashvi Khurana shared the second position with 98 % Marks and Shaurya Sharma with 97.8 % stood third. Sumedha Das owes her success to the tremendous support given by the school and to its curriculum. She says, “Though the year was challenging , our teachers always helped us and ensured that our concepts were crystal clear .”
The feather in the cap is a long list of students securing the perfect score that is a 100 in various subjects, including languages.
